🔌 The Role
We’re looking for a Residential Solutions Lead to drive growth across:
• Power Distribution
• Wiring Devices
• EV Chargers
• Residential Electrical Solutions
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on contractors & electrical distributors where you’ll conduct trainings, develop new opportunities, and help position leading product lines across the market.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Drive Growth
• Expand market share across focused products
• Identify and close new opportunities with contractors, distributors, and builders
• Manage project pipeline from spec → quote → close
Build Relationships
• Strengthen partnerships with home builders, key distributors and electrical contractors
• Conduct joint sales calls and trainings
• Become the go-to resource for your accounts
Influence Specifications
• Work with entire channel of customers early in project cycles
• Help get products specified and carried through to project award
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in electrical sales (power distribution, wiring devices, or residential solutions preferred)
• Strong relationships in the Chicagoland electrical market
• Experience working with distributors and contractors
• Ability to influence specs and drive projects
• Self-starter with a competitive, team-oriented mindset
• Confidently represent The Agency at industry events and customer meetings
